Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All payment options are shown clearly at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for eligible orders and locations. You'll see this option at checkout if it applies to your address. We may confirm COD orders via call/SMS/WhatsApp before dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed/shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at [help@honestgrove.in] and we'll try to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you're welcome to initiate a return once it's delivered.
I made a payment but didn't get an order confirmation. What do I do?
Please check your email spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see a confirmation within a few hours, contact us with your payment reference/transaction ID and we'll sort it out right away.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

How can I track my order?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders above ₹[499] qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount have a small flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship only within India. We're working on expanding, so stay tuned.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How do I initiate a return?

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within [7 business days] to your original payment method, plus your bank's processing time.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — no return shipping cost to you in this case.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Products & Authenticity
Are your products genuine/authentic?
Yes. Every product listed on HonestGrove is sourced and verified for quality before being listed — we don't list anything we wouldn't be comfortable using ourselves.
Why do product colors sometimes look slightly different from the photos?
Minor variations can occur due to photography lighting and individual screen/display settings. We try to keep product images as accurate as possible.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Popular items are often restocked. You can check back on the product page, or contact us to ask about restock timelines for a specific item.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional but makes it easier to track past orders and speed up future checkouts.
