Welcome to HonestGrove ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website honestgrove.in and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent/guardian, to create an account or make a purchase on HonestGrove.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout, and to update such information as needed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on HonestGrove are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment can be made via the methods listed at checkout, which may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

In the event of a pricing error due to a technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

For COD orders, HonestGrove reserves the right to require order confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp before dispatch.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.

Actual product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and individual device display settings.

If a product received significantly differs from its description, please contact us at help@honestgrove.in within 7 days of delivery.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email/message from us. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location, and is subject to change.

HonestGrove is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. HonestGrove is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for category-specific exclusions.

To initiate a return, contact us at help@honestgrove.in with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Certain categories of products (e.g., personal care, innerwear, perishable goods) may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, as indicated on the product page.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website to:

Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation.

Transmit any harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or any non-public areas of the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HonestGrove, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or products purchased.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or a purchased product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from website downtime or technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of HonestGrove shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
